We Started Medisaver
because we were tired of seeing families choose between health and their monthly budget.
Medisaver was born out of personal frustration and a simple belief: no Indian family should ever have to delay or skip essential medicines because of cost.
In 2023, while one of our founders was treating patients in a small Rajasthan clinic and the other was building tech products in Bangalore, we both saw the same painful reality again and again:
- Senior citizens skipping months of blood pressure or diabetes medicines
- Parents choosing cheaper (sometimes fake) alternatives for their children
- Middle-class families borrowing money for emergency treatments
“There has to be a better way,” we kept saying.
So we decided to build one — together.
This is why Medisaver exists
We’re not just another medicine app. We’re a movement — started by a doctor and a tech builder — to make sure no Indian family ever has to choose between health and their savings.
