By accessing or using Medisaver.in (website/app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Medisaver is a platform that helps you compare prices, earn cashback, and order medicines from licensed pharmacies like Apollo, 1mg, PharmEasy, Netmeds, etc. We do not sell medicines directly.

3. User Account

• You must be 18+ years to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• One person = One account only.

4. Cashback & Wallet

• Cashback is credited within 24–48 hours of successful delivery.
• Cashback is non-transferable and valid for 12 months.
• Medisaver reserves the right to modify/cancel cashback without notice.

5. Orders & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our partner pharmacies. Delivery time, packaging, and product quality are their responsibility. Medisaver only facilitates comparison and cashback.

6. Prescription Medicines

A valid doctor prescription is mandatory for Schedule H, H1, and X drugs. Uploading fake/invalid prescriptions may lead to account suspension.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation/refund depends on the partner pharmacy’s policy. Cashback, once credited, is non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for cashback abuse
• Use bots or automated tools
• Share false reviews or manipulate ratings

9. Limitation of Liability

Medisaver is not liable for wrong medication, allergic reactions, delayed delivery, or any issue caused by partner pharmacy or courier.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
